I LOVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION!!
I believe that Physical Education provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall development and well being of every individual. Not only do students rely on Physical Education classes for physical activity, but also as a source of knowledge from which to draw upon in order to become and remain healthy, informed, and active individuals. My goal is to make the Physical Education setting an exciting, positive, fun, challenging, and educational place where students look forward to participating.
Who is Ms. Redmon?
This will be my first year as a Physical Education teacher here at Granada East. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education. Along with teaching, another passion of mine is coaching! I have been coaching volleyball for the past seven years and I played volleyball as a student athlete in college. In my free time I love to hike and play volleyball in a competetive women's adult league.
